Create a stable irrigation water resource for 34,782 hectares of farmland in the Huong River Delta.
Addition of freshwater resources downstream of Huong River to saline prevention, environment reclamation of mangrove area, and serving aquaculture with Q= 25.0 m3/s.
Power generation with install capacity N = 19.5 MW
