Tasks of Works

• Saline prevention, retaining fresh water, creating fresh water sources, drainage, deacidification, alkaline washing, and land reclamation for 115,000 hectares of natural land, of which 88,500 hectares of farmland.
• Supply water for domestic use for people in Chau Thanh, Giong Trom districts, Ben Tre city.
• Combine the development of waterway and road traffic and improve the ecological environment of the project area

• Traffic bridge with loading capacity HL93, reinforced concrete structure M300 includes 12 girder spans, length of bridge L = 141m.
• The up & down stream canals with width of bottom  Bbottom = 108m; length L = 1,618m.
• Homogeneous earth dam backfilling into water, length of dam L = 544m, maximum height Hmax = 12.5m
• The connecting road is 1,163m long, connecting two districts: Binh Dai and Ba Tri
